Hydraulic inline return filters from MANN+HUMMEL

The hydraulic oil circuits of construction machinery, industrial trucks and stationary hydraulics require maximum protection against harmful contamination from fine dust and other pollutants. This is the only way to ensure the flawless operation of vehicles and machines, under the most demanding conditions.

The MANN+HUMMEL portfolio provides a range of highly effective filters for the entire hydraulic oil circuit.

Our inline return filters are used in the medium pressure range up to an operating pressure of 60 bar, either downstream of the hydraulic pump or in the return flow of the hydraulic circuit at less than 10 bar operating pressure.

The advantages of our hydraulic return inline filters at a glance:

  • Flexible, compact solution for hard-to-reach or challenging installation spaces
  • Ideal for service accessibility for machinery at lower levels
  • Optimum dust-holding capacity ratio, enabling an extremely efficient filtering of fine particles (separation efficiency of β200 = 10 µm)
  • Inlet and outlet options with variable thread or SAE connections
  • Sustainable element replacement with individual shoring protection
  • Optimum performance when combined with other hydraulic oil filters from MANN+HUMMEL
