Registration and Account Creation
First of all, see if you have activated your customer account. After you have registered, an email with an activation link will be sent to you, if this link is not confirmed by you, your login does not work yet.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" item in the login screen. Enter there the e-mail address used for access. A few minutes later we will send you a link to this e-mail address, which you can use to create a new password.
If you have not logged in for a long time, your account may no longer exist and you will have to register again.
