The High-Performance Flat Sheet Humidifier is a powerful alternative to conventional hollow fiber humidifiers, delivering higher water transfer rates and improved efficiency in a more compact package. The flat sheet concept is designed to maximize humidification performance while maintaining an equal pressure drop compared to available hollow fiber solutions. Built for demanding operating conditions, the humidifier is resistant to water droplets and liquid water, supporting stable performance even in challenging environments. Integration is straightforward thanks to a standard base housing with a dedicated interface to the humidifier stack. In addition, off-the-shelf (customer-independent) covers provide installation flexibility: the cover can be rotated by 180° to accommodate different connector directions, and both VDA interfaces and standard hose connectors are available.
